Online Marketing Manager PPC SEM



Marketing Manager (Ecommerce)-    
Job Description:  India’s fastest growing jewellery & accessories ecommerce company is looking for Online Marketing Manager who will work with Marketing team in improving traffic to company’s store, enhancing company’s web presence, and deliver the best customer experience for lifestyle products online.
The job responsibilities will include but not limited to developing and managing SEM, SEO, Google Adwords, and other digital channels.
Job Responsibilities:
·         Execute best practice strategies and methodologies to maximize company's e-commerce marketing programs.
·         Deploy strategies for delivering sales and customer targets for paid search, affiliate marketing, display advertising, and social media marketing.
·         Planning and execution of email marketing.
·         Conduct business analysis, derive, and document business requirements, plans and specifications for key marketing programs and new initiatives.
·         Assist with sales targets, analyze, and optimize campaign performance by channel.
·         Review, evaluate, and prioritize current and proposed marketing enhancements against business and customer needs.
·         Communicate report and share key programs and results to senior management on a consistent basis.
·         Manage relationships with marketing vendors and other third parties on behalf of company.

Qualifications
·         Bachelors/Masters Degree in Engineering/Marketing.
·         E-commerce marketing and retail experience required.
·         2+ years marketing management experience.
·         Excellent analytical and prioritization skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations.
·         Ability to grasp technical and business problems and be able to quickly formulate ideas with incomplete information.
·         Effective negotiation skills.
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·         Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
·         Experience constructing and presenting professional presentations and marketing metrics review data to senior management.
·         Knowledge of tracking and analytics software.
·         Experience with SEM, shopping comparison, data feeds, and direct response display advertising
·         Experience using PPC Management tools – Google AdWords Editor and Google Analytics, Microsoft AdCenter Desktop
·         Experience with bid management and web analytics tools a plus
·         Search Engine Optimization (SEO) knowledge is helpful, but not required.
